Submit your application
Send the form by e-mail or regular mail to the police in the region where the permit will apply. You can also submit the form and pay the fee in person at a police station.
Scan or take a photo of the filled out form and send it by e-mail. If you choose to photograph your application, please make sure that all written text is legible. The photo size cannot exceed 2mb and must be submitted in pdf, jpg, jpeg or tiff. You can also submit your application by post.
